I write books, and as Editor & Publisher of The Oakea Press, I edit and publish books. In addition, I work with professionals, executives, and subject-matter experts as a ghostwriter to turn their ideas into clear, credible nonfiction books—written in their voice and aligned with how they want to be perceived.
From Brand Building to Books
For a number of years before focusing on books, I was a principal of a major ad firm, The Martin Agency, in charge of messaging and positioning strategy development for all our clients—work that was concerned with how ideas were perceived and how goals in terms of image and sales would be achieved. I draw upon the same principles when ghostwriting books for clients who wish to become known as authorities in their fields.
